Solid Waste

Ordinance

On June 11, 2012, the Maplewood City Council adopted an ordinance that regulates the management of solid waste in the City.  The Solid Waste Ordinance at Chapter 30 is consistent with the requirements of the State statutes, State rules and Ramsey County ordinances, and with State and Ramsey County solid waste plans.
