PHASE 1 - BDH+Young is proposing an approximately 80,000-square-foot office building on the northwest corner of Hazelwood and Beam - north of the existing gas station. The building will consist of one underground story and three above ground stories. An additional 60,000 square feet of medical office space and a retail building would be built as part of future phases. On June 27, 2016, the city council approved the Conditional Use Permit and Comprehensive Sign Plan. Construction is underway for phase 1.
PHASE 2(First floor)- BDH Young is seeking design review for phase 2 of the medical office building for the first floor only. The city council required design review on each additional phase when it approved the project on June 27, 2016. The Community Design Review Board will review the proposal for the first floor of phase 2 on September 20, 2016.
PHASE 2 (ENTIRE BUILDING) - Davis Group Development is now seeking approval to build all 3 levels of the 60,000 square foot second phase of a medical office building at 2945 Hazelwood Street North. The applicant received approval to begin the first floor on September 20, 2016 but is now seeking approval to build all three levels and complete the entire building. The Community Design Review Board will review the project on January 17, 2017.
