Applicant is proposing a 108,150 square foot indoor, self-storage facility on the vacant lot on the northeast corner of Cope and English east of Holiday and west of McGrath. Within the facility there will be 1,200 square feet of office space. The project requires a Conditional Use Permit.
The project went before the Planning Commission and the Community Design Review Board on August 16, 2016 and before the City Council on September 12, 2016.
After receiving approval from the City Council, the applicant learned there were areas of poor soil quality on the site. They requested approval of design review for revised plans. The revised plans went before the Community Design Review Board on October 25, 2016.
