Trails Edge Apartments has applied for approval to build a 152 unit market rate, upscale apartment building on 5.6 acres of land located at 2988 Country View Drive. The site currently consists of two lots, including part of the Mogren's Corner Planned Unit Development that was approved in 2006, that the applicant is proposing to combine into a single parcel. The applicant is seeking approval for a PUD Amendment, vacation of the existing public utility easement between the two properties, and design review.
The project is scheduled to go before the Planning Commission and Community Design Review Board on June 19, 2018.
