Block Party Permit
A Block Party permit is required of any person or business hosting a an event which requires the entire or portion of the surrounding road to be closed.

Chicken Permit
A permit is required of any person keeping chickens on their single dwelling residential property. Roosters are prohibited, and restrictions are in place as to the number of chickens allowed on a property.

Dangerous/Potentially Dangerous Dog Registration
No person may keep a dangerous or potentially dangerous dog in the city of Maplewood unless the dog is registered with the City, in compliance with City Code requirements.

Dog Permit
A permit is required of any person keeping a dog over 3 months of age. Restrictions are in place as to the number of dogs or cats allowed on a property.

Home Alarm Systems
A permit is required of any person who possesses, or subscribes to an alarm system which is intended to summon police, fire or emergency medical services.

Motorized Recreational Vehicle License
A license is required of any person who owns and operates a recreational motor vehicle on private property, except as allowed by City Code.

Noise Control Waiver Request
A permit is required of any person or company who engages in an activity that causes or creates excessive noise or disturbance between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday, except as allowed by City Code.

Small Kennel License
A license is required of any person keeping up to 3 dogs over the age of 3 months of age on a property zoned farm residential or residential R-1.
