Overview
This license is for any place, building, pump, or device maintained and used on private premises or upon any public place for the main purpose of selling or dispensing gasoline, oil, or any automotive fuel for use in motor vehicles of any kind.

Code Requirements
See Chapter 14-1231 – Chapter 14-1267 of the City of Maplewood code for information on service station (gas station).

Application Requirements
You must submit the following:

     - Gasoline Station license application.
     - Required license fee.

Inspections
The Fire Marshall will inspect of the location where the legal fireworks are to be sold.

Expiration/Renewal
The annual Gasoline Station license expires July 31 of each year and may be renewed at that time.
