Adult Fitness Camp: 10 lbs Down! (9 weeks, 1 hour/week) $149 ($99 for Members)
What to expect: Short Discussion (15 minutes)and Weigh-in at the beginning of each class. Variety of topics focusing on basic concepts of Nutrition, Exercise, and Lifestyle topics surrounding weight loss, followed by a workout (45 minutes)* with your group. This camp is designed to get you started on your weight loss program and encourage lifestyle changes that will help you maintain the weight loss. (*Week 1 the workout is shorter due to initial measurements and assessments.)
Adult Fitness Camp: Momentum (6 weeks, 1 hour/week) $96 ($72 for Members)
MCC Adult Fitness Camp: Momentum provides comprehensive total body wellness training in a group setting. Meet with your small group and your personal trainer 1/week for a weigh-in and a challenging workout. This camp is designed to keep you moving in the right direction and complement your weight loss program.
