The Maplewood Community Design Review Board (CDRB) is a five-member advisory committee to the city council. The CDRB reviews building design, site plans, and landscape for proposed multi-family, commercial and industrial development in Maplewood. The CDRB’s goal is to approve attractive developments in architectural design, the use of proper landscape materials and a functional and attractive layout.

The City Council appoints residents who volunteer to serve on City commissions and boards. If you are interested in becoming a member of one of these groups, call City Hall at 651.249.2000 or email us HERE for more information.

The CDRB meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month in the Maplewood City Hall Council Chambers at 1830 County Road B East at 6:00 pm.
